With over 40 years of experience, and having represented over 900 clients throughout her career, Joy has built a reputation for managing projects with the highest design standards and service. Joy has extensive experience in both residential and commercial design working closely with her clients to keep their requirements a priority, to ensure their goals become a reality, and to ultimately provide design elements that will stand the test of time. Prior to RCC, Joy spent over 15 years with Dayton's Design Studio. During her tenure at Dayton's, Joy was regularly regarded as one of the most prominent members of the design team, and was responsible for launching Dayton's 'Trend House' design model. Her professional acknowledgements span national and local print & TV credits, including multiple appearances on HGTV's "Room for Change", publication in Kitchen & Bath magazine and Minneapolis - St. Paul magazine, as well as being honored with the Angel Award from the HealthEast Foundation for her 20 years of service and design contributions.
